Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours and up to the appointment timed booked or a "no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of the other clients. I will respect yours as well.
